Day 2 - Why am I doing this??

Hi Gang ( I am posting now for I have to be out of the door early Tuesday)!

Wow! We made it through our first days! How does it feel!

The first thing that enters my mind is how SATISFIED I FEEL and how AMAZING the Reset program tastes!


Here are a few tips for the day. I hope you have all started your journal :) - Enjoy!

Body: Today, draw a sketch in your journal of your current goddess body shape. How do you see yourself? How accurate is your vision?

Look at this image and on the same page write a list of what you LOVE about your body. Then make a list of what you would like to change. Are the changes things you can do by simply eating healthy foods, starting or modifying your workout, or having a more positive mindset towards yourself and others?

Mind & Spirit- Why are you doing this? Is it to lose weight, have more energy, or establish better eating habits? Simply wanting something is not enough to attain your goals. You want a dream job, body, money, etc. We know it is great to set these intentions, but we must claim and own them for it to become a reality. Wanting is not enough! Make a list today in your journal, why you want the goals on your list, and what your ACTION PLAN is to attain these goals!
