And on the 5th day...

You had your most recent " Goddess Moment", the one where you feel so good about yourself and your accomplishments! When you look in the mirror and say, If I can do this, I can do anything! Way to go!

I feel that I have given my body a "gift" this week, to reset and recharge! The byproduct has been I lost 5 1/2 pounds during the process!

I hope you have enjoy a bit of my coaching. This is the way we train within our GIT FIT Program (Goddess in Training). If I can be of any assistance, please let me know!

Body: Ok, remember that dreaded scale, well hop on it sista' ! How is it looking now:)
Record your success in your journal and remember, to order your next phase (which I need to do as well)! This will enable you to STAY ON A HEALTHY TRACK! For some of you, today is a marker for your long -term health and weight loss goals. Celebrate for today is your first victory!!

Beauty: Treat yourself today, to a manicure, bubble bath. Do something special as a "thank you" for making a choice for a better lifestyle and accomplishing you goal.

Mind and Spirit: Record in your journal your feelings. How do you feel about today? What is your next goal or long term goal(s). What has this week meant to you? How have you changed?


Finish out Strong and I will "see" you on the next phase!
