DAY 1 – Five Days to a New and Improved You!!!
Congratulations on making this commitment to yourself! The BEST part is that we are doing this together! Your commitment is huge!
I am enjoying the shake as I write - delicious!! :)
Body: Take time out today to take your measurements and weight. You may hate the scale now but your written results will be an enormous marker for future celebration!
Beauty: “A woman’s image is a refection of her thoughts, values, and how she feels about herself.” – Roberta Hughes
Mind& Spirit: Ask yourself today, "How do I feel? Do I like what I see in the reflection in the mirror and do I like what my inner voice tells me? Only you can answer these questions.
Perhaps now is the time to release that negative ego and embrace your goddess voice. You know, the voice you heard as a little girl when you played dress up and as you grew older and obtained a goal that made you feel proud, or simply those times when you looked in the mirror and said to yourself, “I look and feel good!"
Treat yourself by starting a journal and track you RESET details, exercise regimen (you need to move it to lose it!) and your emotions. Answer the question, "What is your intention over the next five days?"

Day 2 - Why am I doing this??
Hi Gang ( I am posting now for I have to be out of the door early Tuesday)!
Wow! We made it through our first days! How does it feel!
The first thing that enters my mind is how SATISFIED I FEEL and how AMAZING the Reset program tastes!
Here are a few tips for the day. I hope you have all started your journal :) - Enjoy!
Body: Today, draw a sketch in your journal of your current goddess body shape. How do you see yourself? How accurate is your vision?
Look at this image and on the same page write a list of what you LOVE about your body. Then make a list of what you would like to change. Are the changes things you can do by simply eating healthy foods, starting or modifying your workout, or having a more positive mindset towards yourself and others?
Beauty: Our mantra at Fit Your Style is that beauty is "a state of mind". "
"Although beauty may be in the eye of the beholder, the feeling of being beautiful solely exists in the mind of the beheld.” Martha Beck
Mind & Spirit- Why are you doing this? Is it to lose weight, have more energy, or establish better eating habits? Simply wanting something is not enough to attain your goals. You want a dream job, body, money, etc. We know it is great to set these intentions, but we must claim and own them for it to become a reality. Wanting is not enough! Make a list today in your journal, why you want the goals on your list, and what your ACTION PLAN is to attain these goals!

Day 3- Hump Day!
Good Morning Beautiful Goddesses!
How are we feeling today? Today is Day 3, pat yourselves on the back for a job well done!
You are almost at the finish line! We need to just get over the hump! Here are a few things I invite you to think about:
Body: Do not give into temptation! Sneaking a bite here or a nibble there, would be self-defeating! You have made the financial investment, the mental commitment, and set your intentions -Think of all the benefits to this program! Your energy is going to soar, anxiety can lessen, cravings for sugar, and carbs will decrease. Your mental clarity will increase, and our physical, psychological, spiritual, and even sexual aspects will awaken within!
Beauty: "Taking care of yourself doesn't make you self-centered, it makes you centered."-Holly Mathie.
Adding to this quote, it makes you more "beautiful" for when you work on balancing, the body,"beauty" mind and spirit, you begin to have a "glow" like no cream or cosmetic can give!
Mind and Spirit: Think about "Lifestyle Cleansing". Are you in a job that doesn't satisfy you? A relationship that needs to be released? These type of issues can weaken the immune system, bringing on excessive stress which can lead to pre-mature aging and ailments. Write a list of these issues in your journal and listen to your "inner voice" to begin the steps of resolution.
Make it a beautiful day! I am off to have my delicious breakfast shake!

Day 4- You are almost there!!!
Hello Ladies!
How are all of you feeling?!!! I can't believe how AMAZING I feel !
It is day 4 -woo hoo, more power to us! We are almost there!
Here are your tips of the day! Make it a great one! xo
Body: What triggers us to eat. Keep these triggers in mind as you complete the cleanse.
When you are thirsty for water - it is too late! Your body can not separate thirst from hunger! Make sure you are a conscious water drinker! Buy a large water bottle to take with you on the go or set several water bottles on your desk to complete by the end of the day.
"Beauty": If we conduct our lives with grace and integrity, the mirror smiles back."
Mind and Spirit: Many times when we are dealing with an unwanted emotion such as anger, disappointment or anxiousness, we stuff these emotions down our bodies and stifle the feeling at hand. Instead, say " All is fine in my life, and this will pass."Release the emotions in a positive manner bywriting in your journal, working out, not by reaching for comfort food. Think before you eat!

We are both doing the cleanse to get rid of the summer bulge. All those 9 course wedding meals, bbq, poolside blender drinks...need to go away. Reset for Fall
Well…with all the wine, cheese and bbq’s this summer, a few friends have suggested doing a little detox/cleanse. We thought it would be fun to do one together (who wants to cleanse alone!)
We're starting on Monday September 8th.
Leanne Grechulk from Healthy Girl will guide and support us!
